One system

Efficient performance requires use of several administrative solutions – like for example access control, time registration, ID cards and for payment in canteens, vending machines or for copying and printing.

Everyone of these solutions are typically offered as stand-alone systems from suppliers who only thinks about their particular solution. For instance, a print-supplier usually does not consider the customer's canteen payment or access control in his print solutions.

As a customer you have been forced to implement these separate solutions with each of their special software-packets, specific terminals and matching particular chip or magnet cards. Most often, this is done with the knowledge of the joined solution not being incorporated but, on the contrary, being a complex “spaghetti-solution”. This Spaghetti-solution creates some of the following inconveniences:
  • Double investment in equipment, software and network
  • Inefficient administration of several databases
  • Higher performance expences and service costs
  • Collaboration and liability issues between suppliers
  • Complex upgrading and resizing
